Cosmetion, based in Romanengo (CR), Italy, and recently acquired by the IL Cosmetics Group, is part of one of the major European subcontractors in the makeup industry.
The IL Cosmetics Group, headquartered in Luxembourg, is recognized as a worldwide supplier focused on color cosmetics, specializing in Nails, Eyes, Lips, and, more recently, Face makeup categories.We are currently seeking a proactive and dynamic Business Development Manager (Permanent Contract) to join our team.
This role focuses on expanding our reach in the US market while coordinating with our European teams to identify, develop, and implement new opportunities.Key Responsibilities:Drive business development by promoting IL Cosmetics products to US customers and brands.Identify and pursue new business opportunities, presenting potential projects to management for approval.Travel regularly to the US (at least once per month) for customer meetings, new business acquisition, and to attend key industry fairs.Collaborate with Marketing and Product Development teams to align customer needs with our product offerings.Oversee the transition of approved projects to Project Management teams, ensuring timely execution.Coordinate between Luxembourg and Italy teams for the smooth delivery of Made in Luxembourg and Made in Italy products.Foster long-term relationships with US customers, ensuring continuous growth and collaboration opportunities.Your Profile:Business Degree.Strong experience in business development, preferably within the cosmetics or beauty industry.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with customers and internal teams effectively.Willingness to travel frequently - minimum once a month to the US and once a month between Luxembourg and Italy.Bilingual in English ; proficiency in Italianor French is a plus .Strong organizational and coordination skills.What We Offer:A permanent contract based in Italy or Luxembourg.A dynamic and supportive team environment where your contributions will make a difference.CONTACT : If you are interested in this position, please send your application, including your CV, salary expectations, and availability, by email to ****** to the high volume of applications, if you do not receive a response within three weeks after submitting your application, please consider that it has not been successful.#J-18808-Ljbffr
