Job Responsibilities
Driving front line sales growth, primarily with new and strategically important customers and prospects (mainly System Integrator and OEM) within the Industry vertical.
Representing Danfoss Drives within the Industry vertical, following and influencing short-term or long-terms trends, leading product & solution offering and strategy.
Being the industry spokesperson, will be coaching, guiding, and supporting the sales teams to find new growth opportunities.
Securing Danfoss visibility by educating/training the markets and connecting in industry trade associations, exhibitions, publishing white papers, material, marketing activities.
Building and sharing application knowledge, and best practices within the organization.
Developing and delivering solutions with Project Teams and influencing communication with marketing resources tailored to the market needs/trends and Danfoss strategic priorities.
Ensure bi-directional information flow between the market, sales team, and global teams when necessary.
Study the industry vertical in order to identify the right approach, following development and future of customer need, market trends, competition strategy and activities.
Driving the push and pull strategy in close cooperation with sales team, in the industry vertical.
Reporting activities and data analysis related to the selling and Market Intelligence.
Using of Danfoss's tools and relationship with the internal stakeholders as Sales Engineer, Marketing and Technical Support, with the select and purpose the most competitive Danfoss Solution.
Support the sales strategies within the achievements of budget.

Background & Skills
Master's Degree in electrical engineering or equivalent culture – knowledge in drives, electric motors and automation is a plus.
+5 years of experience gained in middle structured Multinational companies, in similar role within the knowledge of the reference market.
Negotiation and organizational skills with strong goal orientation.
Strong knowledge of English Language (written and spoken).
Skilled in presenting to large audiences.
Customer and growth-oriented mindset and strong analytical ability.
Interpersonal skills with a result-oriented mindset, focused on teamwork.
Global mindset and excellent oral and written communication skills to efficiently communicate across all levels of the organization.
