The Business Analyst, System Developments & Integrations is responsible for scoping, delivering and owning technical products that benefit the business such as development of new functionalities or integrations between systems.
The SD&I Business Analyst achieves this by gathering business requirements from various stakeholders, producing functional development documents for the development and QA teams and manages project delivery from scoping to roll-out.
Along with the developers, they also manage change requests and establish post go-live support for existing technical products that they own.
Communicates with and manages expectation of senior management and other stakeholders Creates project plan, functional and potentially technical documentation for the development team, then prepares project status reports and presents project performance updates to relevant business stakeholders.
Suggests improvements/best practices and takes ownership of implementing them.
Looks after technical products through their entire life cycle.
From scoping to post-rollout support and change requests.
Manages project budget sign-off and tracking against budget.
Works with business partners to conduct user acceptance testing.
Creates risk mitigation strategies to anticipate, assess and resolve project risks as they are encountered.
Ensures all projects adhere to project methodology compliance standards set by the company.
Maintains knowledge on business and technology trends that impact the business environment.
Education Minimum Requirement Degree in Business/Project Management, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience Minimum 5 Years of experience in IT, project management or a related field Exemplary communication skills to collaborate effectively with various teams Strong project management and organizational skills Experience producing software development scope/specification documentation/functional requirements Very strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Ability to learn quickly and work with best practices More than 3 years' working knowledge of managing Salesforce developments Enthusiastic, self-motivated, self-starter and maintains positive attitude.
