Business Analyst-Bocconi Internship

We are looking for an intern to join the Employer Relations and Career Services Division.
Employer Relations and Career Services (ER&CS) supports students and graduates providing advice, tools and opportunities for an effective job search, and collaborates with global companies for their recruiting and employer branding activities.
ER&CS activities range from the development and management of relations with employers within different industries and geographical areas, to career counselling and recruiting activities for Bocconi students and graduates.

This internship opportunity is aimed at providing the intern with an excellent experience that will allow the candidate to deeply understand the logic of a service-oriented "business", with a particular focus on data collection and analysis related to the graduates' outcome on the international job market, process design and innovation.

In particular, the intern will be supporting a small, dynamic and cross-functional team in the following activities:

Create and improve online services as part of the ER&CS initiatives with students (activities of analysis, benchmarking and definition of guidelines of all the innovative projects);Data collection process, organizing and managing databases;Conducting ad hoc analysis to support the ER&CS activities, contribute to internal discussions to build insights and integrate findings;Maintaining and preparing effective reports to present the analysis performed.
Requirements:
Graduated with a Master's Degree, preferably in Economics/Business Analytics/Innovation Management/Management Engineering;Fluent in English and Italian;Work/study/life experience abroad or in international/multicultural contexts (at least 6 months);Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel;Data-driven approach;Soft skills: good interpersonal and team working skills; analytical and critical thinking; hands-on approach and problem solving; able to organize and manage the work timely and autonomously; self-starter with strong attention to detail.

We are offering a 6 months paid internship, starting from October 2024.
