Senior Hr Analytics & Labor Relations

The figure will be part of the HR Italy Team based in Milan. The role is focused on presenting HR data extraction and analysis to senior management, supporting decision-making processes and facilitating the Labor Relations management.

Key Responsibilities:

In particular, the person in this role will be in charge to:
HR data extraction, analysis and reporting, in particular related to: Headcount, Turnover, Budget and forecast plan, HR costs and variances, C&B (merit and mandatory increase, bonus, stock options plan, etc,);HR KPI monitoring, analysis and reporting;Support in Labor Relations management for Company agreements related to benefits, profit awards, employer agreements, etc., especially by providing HR data reports and presentations.Candidate Profile/ Key Skills: Solid experience in the role of at least 5-6 years, preferably maturated in a financial, banking or similar context;Excellent knowledge and use of Excel and HR management tools;A data - driven approach, experienced in using data to support decisions such as resource forecasting, capacity planning and driving efficiencyPrevious experience in Labor Relations management;Good level of English fluency.Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with various business functionsAbility to manage complex projects and adapt quickly to a changing environmentIntegrity, confidentiality and rigor in applying and explaining rulesGreat professional opportunity
