We are currently seeking a PR & MEDIA MANAGER as part of our team in Milan Your opportunity The PR & Media Manager play a key role in growing the Brioni awareness though PR and Media activities, promote the brand uniqueness and product offer.
How you will contribute Manage Milan PR Central office Relationship with Italian Press and WW Press representatives in Italy Coordinate PR external offices (France, Germany, UK) Develop and implement Brioni annual and seasonal PR plans to create awareness around the brand through traditional PR activities.
Support the development of key press materials including press releases, media alerts, and talking points in collaboration with the other departments In charge of planning, coordination and organization of Press Events and Seasonal Collection presentations Coordinate and support regional teams on local PR activities and global press events Celebrities' dressing management for EMEA as well as WW coordination In charge of the Global Media activities Define global buying strategy for Print, Digital and OOH advertising Coordinate regional media plan with Brioni Regional teams Oversee franchisee and brand partners media plans Coordinate with Brioni Digital commerce team on action plans and budget allocation Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising on an on-going basis Who you are At least 5 years of experience as Public Relations and Media in a Luxury /Global Organization Strong background in PR Experience in Media plan Management of external PR agencies Networking – Strong relationships with local, national and international business and industry media outlets Experience in budget planning and management Good understanding of Digital Media Superior writing and communication skills People management skills Demonstrated leadership abilities Self-motivator with a highly collaborative spirit Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills High level of ownership, accountability, initiative and drive Quick learner and resourceful; able to prioritize effectively Comfortable with operating in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's Degree required Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint Job Type RegularStart Date 2024-07-01Schedule Full timeOrganization BRIONI S.P.A.
