Brand Reputation Manager We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Brand Reputation Manager to join our Marketing Department.
This role is crucial for maintaining and enhancing our brand's reputation across various digital platforms and ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
An Insight to the Role Regularly review and monitor customer feedback on platforms such as Amazon, Trustpilot, Google, PlayStore, and AppleStore in main EU countries.
Promptly and professionally respond to both positive and negative reviews, working to resolve any customer concerns and enhance the overall customer experience.
Create and execute strategies to enhance the brand's reputation, community engagement, and ensuring an overall positive rating in all channels and markets.
Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
Support Brand management in daily operativity, assisting in brand strategies implementation.
Support brand campaigns and initiatives to ensure alignment with overall reputation goals.
Develop and implement strategies for retaining customers who have cancelled their subscriptions and converting pet tracker purchasers into active subscribers.
Address and resolve any negative reviews or feedback, ensuring a timely and satisfactory resolution for the customer.
Monitor and report brand reputation KPIs such as NPS, rating score, and general customer satisfaction scores on main EU countries.
Key Success Factors Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in customer service, brand management, or reputation management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
Familiarity with digital platforms and review management tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
