**Position Summary**
Support senior BM in building and activating strong brands in the Pediatric Care & Oncology category, bringing passion and entrepreneurial approach aimed at achieving strong business results (Market Share, Organic Growth and Profitability).
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develops a deep understanding of category dynamics and of the main stakeholders' needs and behaviors (medical, consumers and customers) to gather all opportunities on the Brand
- Together with the Senior Brand Manager he/she:
- Develop digital communication to HCPs, Dieticians and Patients Associations;defines the priorities for medical detailing and develop and execute materials to support Medical Field Force (e.g.
folder, visual, gadgets) monitors activities in coherence with the marketing plan
- Leads I&R projects, from generation, to product launch and post launch evaluation, involving all relevant stakeholders, business functions and tools (e.g.
Content Hub, I2L);
- Leads the development and execution of strong and functionally-aligned brand plan with high integration of Medical Team, Digital and Trade Marketing (3 channels: Hospital, Pharmacies and E-commerce)
- Tracks and monitors category performance, with focus on competitors' activities
- Owner of the budget: tracking PFME an reporting expenses
- Organizing Event/ Congresses
- Connects with international R&D Teams and factories for new launches and maintenance of actual SKUs.
- Works in partnership with communication and graphic agencies to ensure coherent brand communication on materials for all the stakeholders (medical, customers, consumers)
**What will make you successful**
- Scientific degree, preferably with a Master in Mktg
- At least 1 year of experience in Marketing
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Passion for the specific category and market context
- Strong learning agility
- Proven attitude to cross-functional teamwork
- Project management skills
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good communication skills and capabilities to deal with different public environment
