Job DescriptionThe Audit Booking Coordinator plays a crucial role at Eurofins (Food Assurance branch), overseeing the audit booking process and ensuring that audit activities within clusters are executed smoothly and on time.
Key Responsibilities: Manage the audit booking process, serving as the main contact for audit bookings.Ensure customer satisfaction regarding audit activities, including timing, communication, and adherence to processes.Act as a liaison between customers and the audit team to facilitate a seamless audit experience.Follow specific booking instructions from Eurofins or clients.Review booking status weekly with the Audit Operation Manager.Update customers on booking status weekly.Prepare quotations for specific cases and allocate auditors.Send audit packs to auditors within required timelines.Attend client meetings when necessary.Promote and extend existing audit or related services.Handle invoicing and ensure all processes are completed.QualificationsPreferred experience in auditing, testing, or inspection.Strong communication skills, especially with factories and process management.Fluency in English and Spanish.Personal Attributes: Responsible, self-organized, detail-oriented, rigorous, and disciplined.Ability to work in an international environment and collaborate daily with colleagues abroad.Additional InformationThe resource will be fully trained as soon as they join our team: we need you urgently!
