Lead digital and innovative projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Oversee the technical evaluation, cost estimation, and project timing, providing accurate and realistic project plans. Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Develop and implement digital strategies across various domains including IoT, innovation, and gaming. Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful project delivery. Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with the delivered projects. Prodigious is looking for an Associate Digital Producer for its Milan offices! You'll be involved in the digital team and report directly to the Senior Digital Producer.
Qualifications If in your past experience:
You have +2 years of proven work experience in digital production, with a strong understanding of IoT, innovation, and gaming. You have experience in technical evaluation, cost estimation, and project timing. You have successfully led and delivered digital and innovative projects. You are proficient in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders. If you are:
Ideally bilingual Italian/English. A proactive problem solver with a positive attitude. A great communicator with strong teamwork abilities.
