He/she is able to translate clients' needs and briefs into targeted and original creative ideas.
RESPONSIBILITIES Design branding projects (developing strategies based on the pillars: purpose, positioning, personality, values, brand architecture, naming) and offer articulated and complex solutions Create innovative and multichannel creative concepts Realise benchmarks functional to the strategic conception Design and manage communication campaigns Experiment with innovative and cutting-edge creative solutions Design verbal and creative content Develop and manage creative projects of a transversal nature designing the entire consumer experience Manage frontline customer relations by translating customer needs into innovative and effective creative language Develop accurate, well-defined and persuasive verbal and written presentations REQUIRED SKILLS At least 2/3 years agency experience Experience in branding design Experience in art direction for photo and video productions Combination of strategic, design and creative skills Proactivity and focus on new solutions Knowledge and expertise in digital communication and its application on different digital platforms Expertise in the use of the Adobe suite Video editing Extensive knowledge of social media Strong organizational skills and attention to detail PREFERRED SKILLS Fluency in English, both spoken and written Persuasive and collaborative skills with a creative multidisciplinary team Multitasking ability Problem-solving, determination and proactive approach are preferred personal requirements WHAT WE OFFER Collaboration with a prestigious agency Work in a creative environment Contacts with big brands Opportunities for professional growth Possible internal mobility Become part of a young and international team #J-18808-Ljbffr
