Key Responsibilities: Share and update new market needs with Marketing Office and Product Management.
Build and maintain a strong relationship with existing and potential customers in the reference area in order to conclude contracts for the sale of the product.
Build and maintain a relationship with distributors and agents.
Identify market growth opportunities within the assigned area.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities and market developments.
Make an offer based on the customer's inputs/needs.
Verify the completeness of the offer with respect to the customizations of the order requested by the customer.
Scout new customers.
Conduct negotiations.
Visit customers.
Take part in trade fairs.
To succeed in this role you should have: Degree in Engineering or Economy/Business Administration.
Excellent sales record and proven experience in the world of Industrial Automation.
Fluent spoken and written English and Italian, plus another language.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM; knowledge of SAP is desired.
Strong numerical, financial, and analytical abilities.
Able to balance budgets.
Available to travel as required.
Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills.

Able to work under pressure.
