* Oversee the development of the commercial team (currently 5 people), promoting a collaborative and high-performance working environment.
* Dedicate approximately 60% of your workday to client visits and sales activities.
* Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive growth and profitability in your area.
* Maintain compliance with customer contracts and public tender requirements, building sustainable and profitable relationships.
* Review and approve sales proposals within your jurisdiction.
* Use data analysis skills to asset market trends and develop adaptive strategies.
* Define investment plans according to a pre-assigned spending budget.
* Generate detailed reports on sales performance and competitive dynamics.
* Establish strategic relationships with key opinion leaders in the healthcare sector and explore partnership opportunities to enhance sales and brand visibility.
* Work closely with Customer Service to optimize inventory and operations management.
* Identify and address training requirements for your team.
* Comply with quality, environmental and compliance policies.
Competenze ed esperienza What we take for granted:
* Bachelor's degree.
* Proficiency in English.
* A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the medical devices sector.
* Valid driver's license.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
