Application Support Specialist

Job DescriptionEurofins BioPharma Product Testing is looking for an Application Support Specialist for the European Team.
The position is open to multiple Eurofins site locations ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide support for P1 to P4 issues and perform updates/maintenance activities.Perform quarterly audits of the system including Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery tests.Consult with the application vendor and share best practices.Incident, change and problem management with cross-functional collaboration.Develop documentation related to the application and its components.Provide application-related reports, statistics, KPIs.Introduce existing/new solutions to the sites.QualificationsComputer Science or other related degree.GxP, Data integrity and ITIL certifications will be an added advantage.Minimum 2 years of IT application support experience on Laboratory Systems, preferably in a regulated environment.Experience in executing IQ, OQ and PQ protocols.An analytical and troubleshooting mindset.Proactive and independent approach by taking ownership of the tasks.Availability to travel in Europe (up to 20%).Will be considered a plus: Good working knowledge of ITIL services and Service Now.Migrate laboratory applications from one domain to another.Multilingual abilities to work across our European Laboratories.Good communication skills (oral and written).Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.Ability to work in a complex international environment.Eager to learn and continuously develop personal and technical skills.Additional InformationPossibility of Smart Working.The type of contract will be permanent, and the salary will be assessed based on the candidate's profile.
