Our Milan based team is highly active in the Italian market working for premium clients on notable deals: large and mid-cap private equity, fast growth premium small cap deals, multinational corporates.
Their work comprises Italian situations and cross border activity in addition to international situations around the world.
TAG Italy is a fully integrated part of our Global Transactions Advisory Group and we are the largest transaction advisory practice outside the audit firms.
We are unrestricted by any conflict with audit mandates and the resulting issues caused that are typical in many of our competitors.
We are also able to operate cross-border seamlessly.

We are expanding, and we are looking for experienced and ambitious Analysts to join our Transactions Advisory team in Milan.

As part of a select and highly skilled team, you will have the opportunity to:
- Work as part of multi-disciplinary teams in Italy and across geographies and build broad international deal experience
- Work with a variety of large-cap and mid-cap PE houses, corporate clients and financial institutions providing broad industry exposure
- Contribute to projects reporting directly to the Managing Directors or Senior Directors
- Gain exposure to senior members of the team in Italy and internationally gaining 'on the job' learning & development in addition to established formal training programmes
- Develop the commercial aspects of your financial analysis skills, in addition to analysing the key drivers and valuation considerations that drive a transaction
- Work alongside A&M's operational and commercial professionals in combined project teams enhancing your understanding of the broader due diligence & wider deal process
- Network with our service lines and work on external marketing events to build cross
- service line relationships

Essential experience:
- Big 4 trained - Previous experience is advantageous in Transaction Services, Private Equity, Audit and M&A
- Exposure to blue-chip Corporates and/ or Private Equity is useful
- Fluent business level English and Italian is essential.
Additional European language skills including Dutch, German, Swedish, French or Spanish are highly desirable
