The role of the ALM team consists of delivering and supporting Tools & Services for Digital Manufacturing Development teams. Our DevOps Engineers are excellent communicators, resilient, collaborative problem solvers who thrive under pressure.
You'll make a difference by: Design, Develop, and Maintain: Carve the future by architecting and enhancing our DevOps infrastructure. Your expertise will drive efficiency, reliability, and scalability. Customize ALM Systems: Dive into the heart of our development lifecycle! Customize and optimize our internal Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) processes and tools. Automate Everything: From code deployment to monitoring, you'll be the wizard behind the curtain. Automate DEV and OPS processes to streamline workflows. PM & Audit: Coordinating project management activities and utilizing your experience in cyber security and quality audits to ensure our standards are met. Your success is grounded in:
Coding: JavaScript, Lucene, and Velocity for Polarion development. DevOps Experience: Curious, customer-focused approach who can fluidly navigate between Development and Operations, enhancing our DevOps processes and driving improvements that streamline our workflows. ALM Tools: Proficiency with ALM tools, in particular Polarion. Experience with Azure DevOps is a plus. You're the go-to person for streamlining collaboration and tracking. Communications: Confident with public speaking, your presentation skills (English and Italian) will be required when presenting ideas clearly and persuasively to audiences. Scripting Skills: Whether it's shell scripting on Linux or PowerShell on Windows, you're a scripting maestro. CI / CD Magic: Gitlab, Jenkins - you've got the spells to make them work seamlessly.
