What do we expect from you? Develop and implement a structured process for managing repairs and after-sales issues to ensure timely, high-quality service. With local Richemont teams, manage the relationships with external repair partners and suppliers, overseeing their performance (including the support of technical assessments & repair abilities). Define a training path adapted to Buccellati's specificities for craftsmen / repairers in the different Regions. Establish and monitor KPIs related to repair turnaround times, customer satisfaction, and service quality with the set-up of a monthly repair dashboard. Analyze after-sales data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential cost savings. Work closely with internal teams (, Customer Service, Product Development, Quality Assurance) to ensure alignment with the Richemont After-Sales platforms.
