Responsibilities Bruker Italia seeks a dynamic and motivated professional to take charge of the local procurement process and provide support to office and Finance colleagues.
We can offer a "smart-working" type of employment and possibility to work from our office in Milan.The Office and Purchase Specialist will interact with multiple functions to identify needs, search for suppliers, submit purchase orders, manage contracts, verify supporting documents and process filing.
The added value will be an improvement in the quality of support services provided to colleagues and a streamlining in activities that will enable smoother and more accurate management in the transfer of information to accounting functions, including local mandatory requirements.Support local finance on collection, control and management of documents related to local procurement (quotations /contracts orders/invoices) and their archiving.
Support on proper setting of payments terms to minimize/simplify the volume of manual payments to vendors.Work with local finance and Bruker AP Team on vendor invoices accounting (authorizations, posting details and SOX supporting documents).ESG data collection (power/gas/water/waste) and statistical data needed for local mandatory declarations (RAEE, CONAI, ISTAT).
Support in managing the car fleet and related services (fuel cards/Telepass).
Manage office supplies such as furniture, consumables, stationery and supporting facility management for offices maintenance (printers/tools/renewal-works/power/utilities).Perform filing and proper maintenance of mandatory local documents (EU invoices integration, domestic and foreign vendor invoices, fixed assets, payroll documents, CU, local contracts, leasing).
Provide support in Statutory audit activities (.

accruals).Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications High school (accounting major preferred) or university's degree (economics field preferred).Minimum 3 years work experience in office procurement management and accounts payable.Experience with ERP systems, SAP preferred.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Familiarity with financial and administrative documentation (orders/invoices/remittances/delivery notes/contracts).Fluency (oral and written) in Italian and good knowledge of English.Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills with proven ability to handle multiple demands and competing priorities.Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a complex global environment and build positive business relationships with all parties.Ability to satisfactorily complete position training requirementsOperates at the highest standards of business ethics, honesty, and personal integrity.Bruker is an equal opportunity employer.
