About us 12 months contract Location : Rome Starting date : Asap WHO WE ARE Urbasolar is a key French photovoltaic player and pioneer since 2006.
We are fully integrated to the AXPO Group , a Swiss based utility with a leading position in energy markets across 30 countries in Europe, Americas, Asia and Africa.
Through our solar division, we operate in the development, investment, construction and operation of photovoltaic plants and the supply of green electricity and advanced energy solutions for our customers in Europe (Italy, Spain, Germany and Poland).
Mission As the Administrative and Finance Officer, you will be in charge of the coordination of all the administrative and financial aspects of AXPO Solar Italia headquarters based in Rome.
You will be the point of contact between all the departments and will report to the Country Manager.
Your versatility and your autonomy will be assets for this position.
Accounting/ international taxation :  Coordinate the entire supplier and customer invoicing chain between service providers, validators, and the accounting firm (CPA) for the recording of documents, in accordance with the Italian Regulations.
Ensure the compliance with the define workflow and internal processes of the Urbasolar Group (UBS Group).
Interface with the Accounting and Tax Firm.
Referent for the implementation of the new Sourcing to Pay Program Financial Management :  Interactions with UBS Group accounting & Treasury teams Preparing the weekly and monthly cash flow forecast based on the information sent by the different departments of Axpo Solar Italia Managing supplier registration, order process and invoice validation Financial reporting management to UBS Group Bank account monitoring (provide the operational teams with executed payments information) Budget Monitoring :   Cost accounting and costs allocation controlling Budget monitoring Participating in the closing of the subsidiary's financial statement in coordination with UBS Group accounting and controlling department and CPA.
Guarantee Management Centralizing and standardizing the request of guarantees and asking the issuance to the Group treasury department Profile Bachelor's degree in accounting/ management/ finance/ legal Experience required : 2 years' experience in an administrative and financial position, if possible, in an international environment, start-up type or in an accounting firm.
You speak professional English and you are proficient in Excel and have knowledge of accounting and ERP tools WHAT WE OFFER Group discretionary bonus Meal vouchers 8€ per working day Additional Heal insurance 100% paid by the company
