About the role A Senior Technical Consultant will work as part of a new growing team in Italy, assisting customers in making the best use of the Atlassian product suite, such as Jira Service Management, Jira Software, Confluence, Bitbucket, and other related productivity technologies, to deliver value to their business or organization. Fluency in Italian is a prerequisite.
This role will be helping customers to integrate systems, automate processes, and achieve efficiencies. This typically ranges from providing expert guidance and solution design, mainly around ITSM and PPM solutions to "hands-on" work with product setup and migrations.
As an Atlassian Technical Consultant, the role will also take part in pre-sales - offering solutions, providing estimates, and producing proposals. The position will naturally involve maintaining and improving knowledge of the Atlassian product suite and related technologies.
What you'll be doingAtlassian Solution Consultancy:
Use knowledge around ITSM, PPM, and Atlassian products to gather and evaluate requirements, research, and present solutions to clients, and make suitable recommendationsCommunicate regularly with a range of stakeholdersParticipation in pre-sales, helping define scope and estimates for projects, as well as helping in solution designParticipation in internal knowledge-sharing and improvementsTravel to client sites for meetings where necessaryAtlassian Solution Implementation and Delivery
