Accounting Analyst

Reports to: Accounting ManagerLocation: Jimmy Choo Florence, Scandicci, FlorenceJob PurposeShe/He will support the accounting manager with general ledger postings, data analysis, treasury activities, compliance matters and preparation of the statutory financial statements for the Italian Jimmy Choo Entities.Main responsibilities include (but are not limited to):Accounting activities (accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger) for the Italian EntitiesPrepare special reports when neededSupport in managing the WHTSupport all compliance (SOX) mattersSupport drafting the SFS according to the Italian local GAAPAct as a back-up for the bimonthly payment preparationCompetencies and Experience Required:Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word; Excel; etc.
)Knowledge of the accounting rules/principles (Italian and US GAAP)1 - 3 years of experience in an accounting position (preferably in a multinational environment)Knowledge of SAP as a plusKnowledge of HFM as a plusFluent in Italian and EnglishPersonal Attributes:Team playerReliability and flexibilityAt Capri, we are all responsible for creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
