As a Manufacturing Specialist, you will perform the daily operations of plants to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line, including Service Shops. You will develop an operational year plan for your manufacturing activities, suggesting improvements in products, processes, and procedures.
As a Manufacturing Specialist, you will be responsible for:
Executing production according to the appropriate instructions. Exchanging data and information regarding interaction concerns and improvements in products, processes, and procedures. Handling standardized manufacturing processes. Guidelines for choosing the right actions. Processes and procedures are frequently updated by other functions and have to be implemented in the department. Leading a small manufacturing unit or a part of a bigger unit with a budget > $1.5 million. Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Hold a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with proven experience in Manufacturing). Show proven experience in Production. Display strong oral and written communication skills. Have strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Be able to influence others and lead small teams. Be able to lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact. Be able to coordinate several projects simultaneously. Display effective problem identification and solution skills.
