Accountant

Minimum Requirements Minimum Accounting or Controlling certificate, Bachelor is a plus, preferably focused in Finance or Accounting.
2-3 years experience
Very good knowledge of English language (written and spoken)
Excellent technical skills and demonstrated ability to master databases (Excel) and ERP SAP system
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Activities Support accounting daily operations of the accounting department including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, revenue and expenditure, stock accounting, fixed asset.
Maintaining the accurate and timely processing of general ledger reconciliation and journal entries.
Monthly accounting closing operations in SAP.
Assurance of the correct bank reconciliation with general ledger.
Support in the preparation and publication of the Quarterly Financial Reporting Package (CAP) in liaison with the Accounting Manager.
Support in the preparation of the Statutory Financial Statement and related documents (Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss, Cash Flow statements, Explanatory Notes).
Regular preparation and verification of the Financial and fiscal reports or statements (VAT register, Libro Giornale, Libro Mastro, Libro Inventari, Libro Cespiti, Libro magazzino…).
Preparation of reports to be provided to the Italian Statistics Institution (ISTAT).
Support in the preparation of Monthly Billing Statement. Periodic Stock analysis and reconciliation with the general ledger.
Participate in the yearly physical stock inventory on site.
Ageing account payables and receivables.
Performance of the SOX controls related to the Accounting processes.
Ad-hoc support on various yearly audits (accounting, JV, Company).
