The Accountable Manager will report directly to the CEO and work closely with senior management to align operational strategies with the company's vision and financial goals.

In-depth knowledge of ACMI/Wet Lease operations and ground handling processes.
Strong understanding of aviation safety regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities.
ACMI Airline Management background.
Have experience in implementing tech, ie EFP and automation.
