Qualifications: Education and Professional Certification:
Completion of a High school diploma. A certificate, diploma, or degree in Child and Youth Care (CYC) or a related field is an asset.Experience:
At least one (1) year of experience working with children, youth, and/or adults with behavioral, cognitive, mental health, or developmental challenges.Skills and Characteristics:
Team player with a collaborative attitude, strong interpersonal skills, leadership abilities, engaging and creative approach, emotional intelligence, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of behavior management and support strategies.Application Information:
