Overview:
Part of the Global Commercial & Planning team being responsible for the revenues results, budgeting and all related activities to support the strategy definition by the leadership team.
Reporting WW Commercial Planning & Operation Director, you will be responsible for creating reporting that will be shared with the Leadership and Board members as well as supporting in providing any other information needed for all of the strategic actions to take.
Your Mission:
- Oversee and monitor retail sales in different channels across all dimensions including products, regions and time periods.
Ensuring retail analytics measuring sales network performance, prepare and monitor retail related KPI's;
- Develop KPI tracking tools for top management and store managers;
- Assist with Budget creation (sales split by month, week and departments);
- Help in preparing a planning sales WW at regional level and product mix in collaboration with merchandise and buying team;
- Establish analytics KPIs, always on and ad hoc reporting to support the manager;
- Become retail coordinator between HQ and the regions;
- Share the best practise between departments;
- Deliver training and inspiration sessions where necessary with the stores around the world;
- Monitor all the wholesale business with order value and ST% of the business.
- Any ad hoc request from the manager
Skill Requirement:
- Fluent in English with strong communications skills, Italian would also be a bonus.
- Proficient in Excel, familiar with Stelt would be a plus
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Previous experience in a similar job
- This role is based in the office for 4 days a week, with 1 day working from home._
