Workplace Ventures & Acquisition (V&A) Integrationcoordinator

The Market Unit Workplace Ventures & Acquisition (V&A) role is responsible for coordinating and supporting all Workplace post-merger integration (PMI) activities for V&A projects within the Market Unit.
Reporting to MU Workplace Lead, and coordinating with Corporate Real Estate, Location Workplace Leads and their teams, the role involves ensuring consistency in PMI delivery resulting in the successful transition of Acquisitions into Accenture and alignment of best practice and consistency across the Market Units to ensure efficiencies and exceptional service delivery.
- Coordinate and support MU Workplace V&A Integration activities - Serve as V&A Integration SME responsible for liaising with Real Estate and across local Workplace teams that are involved in each acquisition - Main point of contact for MU Workplace Lead and CDTS Deal Execution Leads - Coordinate local Workplace resources on V&A integration PMI activities - Consult with MU Workplace Lead and Real Estate Portfolio Management counterparts on all relevant property decisions.
- Liaise with V&A Capability Hub for coordination and tracking of activities.
- Ensure delivery of Workplace PMI standards, ensuring consistency across the Market Units - Coordinate with all V&A PMI Workstream leads - Provide continuous reporting on the progress of the integration - Handle communications with the Workplace counterparts from the acquired companies - Help building and implementing workplace staffing strategy for acquired offices and associated personnel - Ensure smooth transition to the Accenture Workplace and facility management processes
