Corsearch is seeking a Workday Specialist to join our team!
In this role, you'll take charge of the day-to-day administration and support of our Workday platform.
From responding to People team inquiries to managing low-level system configurations and ensuring data integrity, you'll play a key role in optimising our HR operations.
You'll also collaborate with our technical lead on larger projects, making this a dynamic opportunity to grow your expertise in HR systems.
Responsibilities and Duties Provide Tier 1 support for employee questions and issues related to Workday Perform Workday low level configuration tasks Monitor Workday data and identify/resolve any discrepancies or errors Assist with Workday reporting and analytics requirements Collaborate with the Workday Technical Lead on Workday integrations, enhancements, and new functionality Develop and maintain Workday user guides and training materials Participate in testing and deployment of Workday updates and releases Stay up-to-date on Workday product updates and new capabilities Train the People team on the day-to-day maintenance Essential 2+ years of experience working with Workday HRIS Experience and knowledge of Workday HCM and Benefits module Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Exceptional communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team Preferred Workday Certified Professional certification Experience with HR data reporting and analytics Knowledge of HR information systems integration Corsearch is an equal opportunity and inclusive employer and does not tolerate discrimination of any kind.
