Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality customer support to Italian-speaking clients via various channels including phone, email, and chat.Manage and resolve customer inquiries, providing effective solutions and ensuring a positive customer experience.Document interactions and feedback to identify trends and suggest areas for improvement.Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and share best practices.Stay informed about products and services to assist customers effectively.Engage in ongoing training and development activities.
