Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat in Italian.
Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and service-related issues.
Efficiently resolve customer complaints to ensure a positive experience.
Inform customers about company services and guide them through processes.
Document customer interactions accurately for service quality enhancement.
Collaborate with team members to improve customer service and efficiency.
Requirements Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is mandatory.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new environment.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Interest in working in an international environment is advantageous.
