Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat in Italian.
Assist customers with inquiries including product information, orders, and services.
Resolve issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Provide customers with accurate information and guide them through processes.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions for quality assurance.
Collaborate with colleagues to improve service delivery and customer experience.
Requirements Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and processes.
Willingness to relocate to Greece with full support provided.
