Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat in Italian.
Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and requests related to our services.
Resolve customer complaints effectively and maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction.
Inform customers about our services and guide them through the usage process.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions for quality assurance.
Collaborate with team members to continually enhance the customer experience.
Requirements Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a dedication to customer satisfaction.
Ability to adapt to a new environment and work effectively in a team.
Willingness to relocate to Greece.
Familiarity with customer service software is a plus.
