Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
Assist customers with inquiries related to transportation services, bookings, and travel itineraries.
Efficiently resolve customer complaints to ensure satisfaction.

Maintain accurate records and track customer interactions for quality assurance.

Requirements Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
