Responsibilities of the wireless engineer: 1. Work as the TD in the project delivery. Have experience in project migration and 5G delivery. Be responsible for project technical management and ensure smooth project delivery.

2. Handle major technical risks and problems of the project, organize technical resources to jointly tackle the problems, output solutions, and ensure the quality of solution execution.

3. Manage all wireless delivery operations, review technical solutions, provide technical support, and ensure network security and quality.

4. Develop the capability development objectives, plans, and strategies for product technical engineers, and implement the personnel echelon building.

5. Organize communication with key customers (professional directors/engineers in charge), identify major issues and pain points that customers are concerned about, and provide solutions to improve service satisfaction.
