The candidate will work for our headquarters in Greece while being a permanent resident, based in Rome.ResponsibilitiesContinuously seek out new products that resonate with the target Celestino audience and align with the latest fashion trends given by the head office.Evaluate supplier options based on criteria including pricing, quality, offer, and reliability, to make informed sourcing decisions.Negotiate terms of agreements with suppliers to achieve the best possible deals for the company, optimizing costs while maintaining quality.Forge and maintain trust relationships with existing suppliers to promote fair dealing and source new suppliers for future products.Collaborate with the buying and sourcing team in Greece to effectively implement the purchasing strategy.Minimum RequirementsProficient in English and Italian language.At least 2 years work experience as a Wholesale Buyer in the fashion retail industry.Exceptional negotiating, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).Strong knowledge of seasonal fashion trends, consumer behavior, and market dynamics.Availability to occasionally travel.Driving license.Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, or relevant field would be considered a plus.Working knowledge of ERP software is an advantage.BenefitsExciting opportunities for growth and personal advancement.Mobile phone & laptop.Employee discount on Celestino products.
