What can you learn with us?: Manage orders: Orders Master data file to customers;Data entry for customers' details updating;Order cancellations;Order splitting in compliance with customers' requests;Providing stocklist to prepare stock or swaps;Orders entry stock and swap;Reporting.Manage shipments: Booking deliveries on e-commerce customers' web platforms;Discrepancies and/or missing units check with the Logistic office;Managing orders for shooting samples.Claims/Returns/Spare Parts: Return authorizations to customers;Follow up on customers' claims;Spare parts requests.Do you have these qualifications and skills?: Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel;Fluent in English, both written and spoken;Good relationships skills and teamwork;Flexibility and problem solving attitude.Don't lose this great opportunity to join us.
