Every day we impact the lives of millions by changing the way people see the world.JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:The Controlling Manager for the Italian professional solutions branch is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of financial management within the organization, including forecasting key financial metrics, ensuring reporting compliance, and providing valuable insights for decision-making. This entails supervising a team of four controllers responsible for both the lenses and frames divisions.AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:Financial Planning and Forecasting:Oversee the planning and forecasting process for all financial KPIs within the lenses and frames divisions.Ensure alignment with company accounting standards and HQ requirements.Team Management:Supervise and provide guidance to four controllersReporting and Analysis:Provide in-depth financial analysis and insights to support local business decisions and communicate results to the EMEA finance team.Integration and Systems Management:Utilize advanced analytical skills and knowledge of information systems, particularly SAP, to support the integration process and lay the groundwork for future growth of the organizationStakeholder Engagement:Liaise with internal stakeholders such as the business team, the country manager as well as the EMEA finance team, to ensure alignment and effective communication of results.NETWORK OF INTERACTION: Internal:Business TeamCountry ManagerFinance DirectorControllers (Lenses and Frames Divisions)Business AnalystsEMEA Finance TeamTECHNICAL SKILLS - PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATEMaster degree in Business Administration or related field.Minimum 5-7 years of experience in financial management roles. Excellent communication skills in both Italian and English.Commercial acumen combined with IT proficiency.CANDIDATE PROFILE:Graduate or postgraduate degree in business administration or related field, with 5 years minimum of work experience in Finance, in a people management roleLANGUAGES:Fluent both in Italian and EnglishThe successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving financial performance and supporting the growth and integration efforts of EssilorLuxottica's Italian branch.
