Your Opportunity: As Wholesale Business Analyst , you will be part of the Global FP&A team and will have a specific focus on the EMEA Wholesale channel.
You will be responsible for the preparation of the reports and will contribute to review and map processes in the planning, execution, and business intelligence/report to monitor EMEA Wholesale performances and financial impact.
You will support Wholesale EMEA VP and work cross-functionally, providing both in-depth analysis and strategic insights.
Your Contribution: Prepare weekly, monthly, and seasonal business presentations to ensure senior management receives accurate and relevant reporting; Strategically review and map the flow of monitoring and control of wholesale business performances in order to set up tools and processes to provide meaningful insights; Support the maintenance of company systems database and dashboards to closely monitor sell-in campaigns, seasonal evolution, and retailer's sellout; Work cross-functionally supporting both Account Managers and Finance in seasonal budgeting and forecasting, analyze and control customers' KPIs and profitability; Support Account Managers providing the tools and reports for effective management of the re-order process; Ensure that information flow with 3rd party retailers provides accurate and relevant data to be analyzed and monitored.
Your Skills: At least 2 years' experience in the role within the retail sector; University Degree in Business, Management, Finance, or other equivalent degrees; Experience of preparing management reports/data; Excellent English and additional fluency in Italian is a distinct advantage; Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; Experience with business intelligence tools such as OBIEE and PowerBI is a plus; Excellent analytical skills; Good inter-personal skills and team working capabilities; Ability to work effectively independently; Ability to work to tight deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
