We are looking for a talented Program Manager to join a new team responsible for Workforce Staffing workstreams, critical to launching new locations.
The successful candidate will build tools and mechanisms to execute a rolling schedule of both site and new country launches.
This role requires both strategic and tactical thinking; developing, implementing and executing standard staffing launch resources, processes, and tools as well as anticipating risks and managing complex issues towards resolution with the country and European leadership teams.
Responsibilities include:
Stakeholder Engagement and Governance - Implements standard governance for a site/country launch - Facilitates project communication to stakeholders and leads project status meetings - Partners with key internal stakeholders to ensure hiring tools and and processes are properly implemented on time for site launch - Builds cross-functional partnerships - works closely with Operations leaders, launch execution, new site leadership teams, and other departments such as Real Estate, HR, PR, Legal, Capacity Planning Project Management - Creates and implements consistent, repeatable expansion project plans for site and country launches - Partners with business line expansion team colleagues to identify best practices to be leveraged across the network and define key performance indicators for successful site launch - Develops and drive critical staffing initiatives, large projects and providing great internal stakeholder and candidate support Building Launches - Inspects and monitors building progress and adherence tostandards for people impacting spaces - Challenges and escalates on any variance to agreed standards for people impacting spaces - Anticipates and escalates/resolves critical role hiring risks and ensures internal guidelines are adhered to - Accountable for the timely and accurate set-up of hiring systems and processes.
- Responsible for the coordination/set-up of WFS capabilities programs for new site WFS teams.
- Serve as escalation point for any WFS related new site issues Basic qualifications - Bachelors Degree or equivalent - Proven cross-functional and international project management experience, handling complex change initiatives - Good understanding of relevant employment legislation that a launch may impact - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong people management skills and experience.
- The ability to manage detail, establish root cause and be able to extract and analyze data.
- Be able to demonstrate effective problem-solving and analytical capability.
- Thrive on change, inclined to operate with flexibility.
- Experience presenting to and partnering with senior stakeholders - Ability and experience working in a fast paced, high pressure environment.
Preferred qualification - MBA Graduate - A sincere bias for action and be passionate about achieving results and process improvement.
