For one of the most fast-growing, dynamic and challenging Multinational Company, operating in FMCG industry, we are looking for a Website Lead!
**Accountabilities**
- Lead the Website Team in advancing on-site Personalisation capabilities across our priority and strategic European markets
- Champion and deliver Personalised Marketing experiences, driving an uplift in CRO
- Develop and recommend impactful projects for the Growth Hub, prioritising programmes based on consumer, capability & commercial objectives
- Work closely with other channel leads to ensure a consistent consumer journey and timely delivery of joint strategies and projects
- Lead capability advancing projects inc. A/B and MV on-site testing
- Ensure the Growth Hub PO and BA resource acts as an accelerator for the region, driving efficiencies for the ecommerce optimisation process
- Act as the senior Growth Hub PoC for all website/ecommerce engagements
- Provide regular updates on the team's outputs and performance to the Europe Growth Hub Lead and senior stakeholders.
You'll be accountable for the team meeting their soft and hard KPIs
- Align with other ecommerce initiatives happening across the global organisation
- Lead on innovation and nextgen thinking for on-site Personalisation in the industry
- Manage a team of managers, offering support in the day-to-day and their career development
- Recruit amazing talent and build a high performing team
- Evolve processes to ensure efficient ways of working to maximise output team output
- Contribute to the inclusive company culture where people are recognised for their contribution
**Requirements**:
- Experience defining CRO strategies and leading end-to-end optimisation projects
- Hands-on experience and good working understanding of Adobe Experience Cloud: Analytics & Target
- Understanding of the full ecommerce, trading, and merchandising landscape
- Proven experience leading and growing a high performing and consumer focused team within an ecommerce environment
- Able to liaise and influence key senior stakeholders
- The versatility and willingness to learn new technologies on the job
- An ability to work as part of a team, managing multiple projects and stakeholders at the same time
- Strong English language skills
