We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer to join our team. This professional will be responsible for developing and maintaining our new corporate website. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of web design principles, user experience, and the latest web technologies, along with proven hands-on experience in developing and delivering compelling B2B corporate websites. This role requires a blend of technical skills, creativity, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand new website requirements and objectives.Conduct research and gather information to improve the design process, such as target audience preferences, competitor styles, and industry trends.Create wireframes and prototypes to serve as mockups of the website's structure, layout, and user interface to communicate interaction and design ideas.Design the visual elements of the website, such as color schemes, fonts, typography, graphics, and other elements that contribute to the visual design.Execute all visual design stages from concept to design, coding, and deployment.Ensure the website is responsive, optimized for various devices, and adheres to SEO best practices.Present and defend designs and key deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders.Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.Integrate with appropriate marketing technologies, such as Google Marketing Platform, CRM tools, LinkedIn platform, email marketing systems, and security plug-ins.Monitor website performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve any usability or performance issues.Maintain and update the website regularly with new content, graphics, and features.Stay up to date with the latest web design trends, tools, and technologies.Hard Skills: Proficiency in WordPress, including customization of themes and plugins.Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc. ), Figma, and Sketch.Knowledge of SEO best practices and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).Familiarity with responsive design principles and mobile-first development.Good understanding of UX/UI design principles.Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in web design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field.3+ years of experience in web design and development, preferably in a B2B environment.A strong portfolio showcasing previous web design projects and customizations.What You Will Get: Challenging position in a fast-growing AI-driven technology company.Be part of a young and international multidisciplinary team with strong ownership and a can-do mentality.Opportunity to actively contribute to the further growth of the organization.Professional development opportunities and career growth.
