JOB MISSION:
Ensure brand consistency, relevancy, and innovation on Davines website content and UX, delivering the freshest and highest quality communications to engage B2C and B2B audiences, aligned with the sustainable values of the Company.
DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Web Editor will be part of the Davines Global Communication team. The person will be involved 360° in the management of Davines International websites, in English and institutional languages. Depending on the activity (texts, visuals, technology) the person may play a more operational or coordinating role.
Ongoing editorial maintenance of Davines digital platforms, to ensure consistency and updates of brand image contents like homepage, menus, blogs, landing pages, newsletters etc.Copy localization and fine-tuning of textual contents (English and institutional languages);Coordinate with Davines Creative Department or external designers for visual contents;Adapt images as needed;Coordinate with Davines Digital Innovation Team for specific evolutive projects (examples: marketing automation, upgrade of the product pages, etc.);Coordinate with our external developers to implement new features;Key point of contact between key project stakeholders for content uploads and updates;Do some basic code management when needed;Merchandising new product launches and product ranges according to marketing strategy;Support subsidiaries & distributors worldwide, educating local teams in managing owned websites;Ensure site and published content are in compliance with legal, GDPR, accessibility, and asset usage/authorization. PERSON SPECIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS:
At least 2-3 years of experience in website management;
English is mandatory (Mother tongue or fluent);
Advanced copywriting skills in English;
A second language - among Spanish or Italian – is mandatory. All three languages is a plus;
Degree in communication, foreign languages, digital marketing, or similar;
Previous experience with CMSs like: Shopify, GemPages, Wordpress, Magento, Storyblok or others;
Previous experience with email marketing platforms like: Mailchimp, MailUp, Hubspot, or others;
Previous knowledge of Adobe Photoshop (In Design or XD are a plus);
Excellent communicator, both written and verbal;
Previous experience building site taxonomies and optimizing user-experience;
Previous knowledge of SEO and optimization;
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus;
Good project and time management skills;
Precision and attention to detail;
Experience in an international environment is a plus;
