BREAK THE ICE! Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026 is the Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games of 2026, carrying on the organization, promotion and communication of the sporting and cultural events related to the next Winter Games.

Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 13 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2,300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22,000 square km.
The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI).
Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government.
Position
We are looking for a Web Content Manager with good Project Management skills to join our dynamic team. The sought-after figure will be responsible for drafting, curating and updating the contents of the website, as well as planning and managing web projects, ensuring consistency with company strategies and best practices in the sector.
WEB CONTENT MANAGEMENT: Plan, create and publish web content, including articles, blogs, images, videos and infographics; Coordinate the editorial calendar to ensure regular and timely publication of content; Collaborate with marketing, design and development teams to ensure content consistency and adherence to brand guidelines; Monitor and analyze content performance using web analytics tools, providing reports and suggestions to improve engagement and traffic; Conduct periodic reviews and updates of existing content; Make sure all content complies with SEO rules to improve visibility in search engines; Manage content translations, if necessary, for international markets. PROJECT PLANNING AND MANAGEMENT: Support the management of detailed project plans, including timelines, deadlines and milestones; Coordinate the work of developers, designers, UX/UI experts and other figures involved in the project. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field; Proven experience in managing and creating news and content for the web; Experience in managing web projects; Proven experience in managing content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Drupal, Joomla; Advanced knowledge of SEO practices and web analysis tools (e.g. Google Analytics); Excellent writing and editing skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Experience in Project Management; Excellent organizational skills; Ability to work in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously; Knowledge of basic HTML and CSS is a plus; Proactivity and ability to adapt quickly to changes; English (minimum B2); French is a plus; Photoshop and/or other photo editing applications.
