JOB PURPOSE For the Digital Team based in Milan HQ, we are looking for a Web Analytics Specialist, who will be responsible for the analysis of the performances of Group websites.

RESPONSIBILITIES Design, maintain and optimize reporting solutions to monitor website performances, collaborating with key stakeholders to build dashboards through enterprise tools (Adobe Analytics, Qlik Sense, Power BI or similar).Deliver ad hoc analysis and insights to multiple stakeholders, suggesting actionable recommendations to improve user experience, conversion rate, media optimization.Monitor website performances on a regular basis (daily/weekly/monthly/yearly), scouting for issues and proposing opportunities.Conduct A/B testing to optimize site performance.Translate business requirements into actionable analytics solutions.KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS +3 years experience in web analytics, preferably within a strategy consulting firm.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (Marketing, Statistics, Engineering, or STEM as a plus).
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proactive self-starter with the ability to manage multiple initiatives at once.
Full professional expertise in web analytics tools (preferably Adobe Analytics), website management, and the end-to-end conversion rate optimization processes.
Full confidence with CRO Tools (e.g., Contentsquare).
Proven experience with data visualization tools (Qlik Sense, Power BI, Tableau or similar).
Full professional expertise in Microsoft Office Suite.
Highly proficient in spoken and written English and Italian.
