Candidate requirements These are the minimum requirements a candidate must meet to be considered for this role. 4 years of experience in product design, with a focus on design systems Web3 experience required Proven experience working on fintech, banking, or cryptocurrency products Strong understanding of financial user flows, data visualization, and complex transactional interfaces Familiarity with front-end development concepts and component-based architectures Fluency in Figma and prototyping tools Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions Low ego and open-mindedness Located in Europe ideally.
