Job Description: Reporting to the executive team, your responsibility as Wealth Management Director includes, but isn't limited to:
Manage and support a portfolio of high-value customers.Act as a trusted adviser to our new and existing customers, providing holistic financial advice and supporting them through key life events such as investing for the future, saving for a new home, planning for retirement, or protecting their family.Conduct in-depth reviews to identify personal and financial needs of customers and deliver a consistent and tailored wealth management and financial planning service.Maintain risk management monitoring of the portfolios for investment purposes, regulatory purposes, and other compliance issues.The Successful Applicant: Demonstrate success in sales/fund-raising with proven results.Have a strong understanding of the Italian business environment and existing networks in the financial sector.Display excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.What's on Offer: Competitive base salary, bonus, potential for long-term incentive (LTI).
