Racold, as well as Thermowatt and Ecoflam in the components and burners business.In your role as Global WCM Pillar Leader Logistics you will be in charge of driving the WCM Logistics activities across all plants, with the aim of concretely improve plants' performances and internal Logistics flows through the introduction of Lean Manufacturing Concept (i.e.WCM approach) and ensure full sustainability of results.You will report to the Continuous Improvement Senior Director of the Group.Your main responsibilities include: Lead the application and continuous development of the Ariston Group WCM program for the Logistics Pillar.Support the Plant Logistics Pillar Leaders in achieving performance targets and upgrade Logistics standards and solutions.Propose projects in the plant to improve internal logistics handlings and logistics cost reduction projects (e.g.size warehouse, picking and sequencing areas, define best balancing of logistics operators).Actively manage and contribute to the identified improvement projects in the domain of Logistics with a "hands-on" approach.Collaborate with local industrial engineering and central industrial engineering to frontload issues and suggest best practices for the pillar of reference.Promote Lean Manufacturing mind-set within Ariston Group.Act and be the reference point at corporate level for WCM logistics best practice sharing and for the Logistics Plant Pillar Leaders.Support strategic project by re-engineering the Logistics flows and collaborate to design or upgrade Production Lines.As our ideal candidate your skills-set includes: Concretely deploy and apply Lean Manufacturing concept in manufacturing plants to drive continuous improvements, cost reducing and efficiency increase in the logistics process.5+ years of experience in industrial Logistics ideally as the WCM Pillar leader of Logistics in manufacturing plant and/or in WCM or Central Engineering team.Mid to extensive technical background with regards to Logistics line feeding engineering (JIS/JIS, FIFO, pull, Kanban, kitting, PFEP, Layout design, internal and external logistics flows, packaging design).Basic to Mid assembly line design in mid/high volumes environment, Time & Method studies, cycle time studies, ergonomics and line balancing.Distinctive knowledge together with real experience on WCM methodology, in particular for Logistics, and preferable WO Pillar.Basic knowledge across the Supply Chain and Operations domain.Mastering of key Lean tools for data analysis.Autocad, MTM and experience in Digital Manufacturing is a plus.Excellent communication skills in Italian and English, both written and oral.Personal Skills Pragmatic and entrepreneurial spirit, proactive, can-do attitude, bias for action.Strong rigor & distinctive problem solving and forward thinking attitude.Ability to work in team and to engage and mobilize cross-functional teams.Ability also to understand implications beyond the Operations domain.The Role will be based in Fabriano (AN) (possibility to be located in Milan) with approx.25% of time expected to travel in plants out of the Fabriano Area (mainly Europe, occasionally APAC and
