Global Water Solutions is looking for a Water Treatment Sales & Support Manager to join our committed sales force with a focus on our Multi-Function taps and associated range of products. Your Responsibilities You will have the responsibility for the Italian market development with existing and new partners promoting our Multi-Function taps products and services.
You will be accountable to deliver the best Customer Service and to identify critical issues and needs to increase the scope of our products penetration in the Italian market.
The position includes the following responsibilities:
Identifying new growth opportunities within existing Italian Accounts to introduce the products and services and identify new potential Accounts;Develop a trust-based, mutually beneficial relationship with principal Clients;Effectively be able to team with, find compromise, and build consensus with the Sales workforce & Senior Management during the process of business growth of the products;Analysis of the Italian market, competitors and data relating to consumer habits and needs;Create and maintain the annual plan for the Italian Account in coordination and cooperation with Sales Countries Managers, Senior Management and Customer Support;Working with the Marketing Department to coordinate the campaigns across multiple channels, including Social Media and Direct Mail.Full business implementation and development in the market and with the Accounts of the Quatreau Tap family and HydreauBar;Ensuring the clients' need are met by providing outstanding Customer Service and Support;Must be willing to travel in Italy Your Attributes: University/College Diploma, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Business Management or related fieldsFluency in English;Minimum 4-5 years of prior experience in similar roles and with cross-country sales and business exposure;Technical knowledge on water treatment products and consumer high end goods is considered a plus.International sales experience preferred;Communicative up-to-executive levels with good negotiation skills;Problem solving with an entrepreneurial spirit and cordial personality;Analytical approach with a keen interest in data reporting;Ideally be familiar with the HoReCa industry.
