JOB PURPOSE The Warehouse and Transport Coordinator is responsible for managing the Transport Coordinator that coordinates the Burberry Manufacturing Supply Chain for the movement and delivery of both raw materials and finished goods with internal shuttles and external dispatchers, optimizing their operations to provide a more efficient service in terms of cost and delivery times.
The role is also responsible for coordinating the external logistics provider that manages the handling activities of the Finished Good Consolidation Center of Burberry Leather Goods Department.
Finally, in this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the Sample Finished Good warehouse for the inbound and outbound activities and invoice generation related to the selling of the finished goods to the customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES TRANSPORT Coordinate internal and external transportation (shuttles, freight forwarders).
Ensure compliance with transport procedures and manage carrier onboarding.
Optimize transportation costs and lead times.
Support invoice verification and purchase order generation.
Collaborate with Trade Compliance for non-EU transport.
Monitor cost trends and resolve transport issues.
WAREHOUSE Support external logistics provider and monitor KPI performance.
Coordinate internal warehouse activities for prototypes, samples, and finished goods.
Control warehouse movements and stock levels in ERP and WMS systems.
Manage barcode stamping for production.
Organize annual and cycle stock counts.
Manage the return of finished goods after sale.
PERSONAL PROFILE Experience in logistics transport and warehouse management.
IT skills in Excel, ERP, and WMS systems.
Preferable previous experience in using Stealth 3000 and Logimoda WMS.
Ability to assess, prioritize, and manage the team workload.
Ability to work on strict deadlines.
Excellent planning and organization skills.
Good problem-solving skills.
Excellent ability in team-building.
Ability to have a global vision of assigned activities.
