Warehouse Operations Specialist

• Maintaining departmental filing systems.
• Carrying out data entry and general administrative duties.
• Maintaining records and updating databases; prepare the daily warehouse business data report.
• Assisting the warehouse supervisor in communicating with warehouse operators and liaising with other departments as required.
• Assisting with special projects when needed. Job Requirements
• Have knowledge or experience in warehouse operation.
• A good knowledge of office systems and procedures; the ability to work on own initiative.
• Can work in Italian, English and Chinese.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; ability to work to strict deadlines; keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
